What impact could a stronger pound have on international visitor spending in London's retail sector, and how sensitive are visitors to exchange rate changes? We helped the client explore scenarios to understand the risks.

An upstate New York firm sought local economic develoment incentives for a mixed-use development project. We helped to quantify the benefit to the regional economy in terms of spending, jobs, income, and tax revenues. We explored the key question of competition and displacement of existing business to estimate the actual net impact.
Benefits of efficient power production
With some of the highest electricity rates in the western hemisphere, a Caribbean island nation explored options. We helped to quantify the cost savings and benefits to the broader economy of more efficient power generation infrastructure and different fuel inputs scenarios, including diesel, LNG, CNG, and pipeline gas.
